| Brock Moseley, Managing Director |
|
Brock has 15 years of professional experience in the financial industry, including positions in investment management, private wealth management and investment banking. Prior to founding MMA, he spent nine years developing strategic investment solutions for high-net worth families and foundations with liquid assets in excess of $10 million at Morgan Stanley & Co. and Bel Air Investments. His responsibilities included portfolio evaluation and
management, quantitative and qualitative selection of third party equity and fixed income portfolio managers, and new business development. Before entering the investment
advisory business, Brock was a Vice President in the Energy/Technology Group with a Los Angeles-based boutique investment banking firm, Brockett Tamny & Company.
Brock earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in American Studies from Stanford University; he received a Masters degree in Education from Howard University, with a concentration in |

International Development Education; and he earned an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School, with concentrations in Finance and in Entrepreneurship and Innovation.
In his free time, Brock is an active participant in the Big Brothers program and he currently serves on the Board of Directors of Big Brothers/Big Sisters of Greater Los Angeles and the Inland Empire. In addition, he is active with the Muscular Dystrophy Association and is a member of the California Community Foundation’s Ambassador Within program, aimed at civic leadership and community building enterprises in Los Angeles. His interests include golf, water sports, and dancing with his daughter. Brock currently lives in the Miracle Mile with his wife, Susan and his children, 3 year-old daughter Frankie,
and newborn son Lincoln. |

| Katherine Krantz, Managing Director |
|
Katherine has worked in the fields of economics and finance for the past 13 years. In her career prior to MMA, Katherine led research teams responsible for manager selection, asset allocation and fund of funds portfolio construction at AIG SunAmerica in Los Angeles and AXA Investment Managers in New York. Katherine also worked at Morgan Stanley & Co. where she was responsible for developing asset allocation analytics and customizing
strategic allocations for ultra high net worth clients. She began her investment career at Brown Brothers Harriman in New York as a quantitative research analyst and programmer, building economic indicators, asset allocation models, and predictive stock selection models. Before working on Wall Street, Katherine was an economic researcher at BCA Research Group in Montreal and Ned Davis Research Group in Florida. She was also a faculty lecturer in Microeconomics, Econometrics and Statistics at McGill University in Montreal, Canada. |

Katherine earned a Bachelor of Arts degree (with Honors) in Economics and Mathematical Methods in the Social Sciences from Northwestern University. She received a Master of Arts degree in Economics and Econometrics from McGill University in Montreal, Canada, and was a member of the Dean’s List.
Katherine lives in Santa Monica with her Lab-Rhodesian Ridgeback mix, Jack, and enjoys outdoor activities like running, rollerblading and beach volleyball. She enjoys spending time experimenting in the kitchen, and regularly takes cooking and baking classes. Katherine speaks French, loves to travel, and while living in New York, competed as an amateur Latin
ballroom dancer. |

| Joseph Schlater, Managing Director |
|
Joe has two decades of professional experience in asset and risk management, sales and marketing. Prior to joining Miracle Mile Advisors, he worked with ultra high net worth individuals at Morgan Stanley in San Francisco, advising on asset allocation, risk management and the liquidation of concentrated positions. Joe also managed relationships for corporate clients of Morgan Stanley in the areas of capital markets, equity sales and derivatives transactions. Prior to this role, he provided investment advice to high net worth individuals and advised on the sale of restricted securities while at Hambrecht and Quist in San Francisco.
Joe earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of San Francisco. |

| Mary Thomas, Executive Administrator |
|
Mary has worked in the financial services industry for a decade. Most recently, she was with the Private Wealth Management division of Morgan Stanley in San Francisco. While in this role, she acted as a liaison responsible for coordinating firm resources to meet clients’ transaction and reporting needs. She also participated in identifying prospective clients, researching the capital structures of start-up ventures, and assisted in the selection of third party asset managers for client accounts. Previously, Mary had been a registered sales assistant and a wealth management associate with the Individual Investor Group at Morgan Stanley. She has also worked for the City of Santa Monica’s Economic Development division, and for Protocol Plus in Los Angeles as a public relations consultant.
Mary earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology from the University of California, Los Angeles.
